StoneTree™ Combo-Cast
StoneTree™ walls are cast vertically, which gives a sharply defined texture on both sides. Combo-Cast technology casts the post and panel as one integral unit, so the wall needs a rigid footing support only at each section. A steel I-beam is set plumb and level in the footing; once it cures, each section slides over the beam through a slot in its column and locks into the one before it. A column cap finishes the wall, which is then painted in the color you choose. Coastal Concrete Products is an authorized StoneTree™ manufacturer for the State of Florida.

Our stackable system has been in production since 1988. Precision molds give the stone or wood look the same texture on both sides. Each 1 ft × 5 ft panel slides down the channel of an I-shaped post, and its tongue-and-groove edges interlock so the joints disappear. Posts are set 5 ft apart in 18 in holes at least 36 in deep and anchored in concrete. Because the wall is built panel by panel, height goes up one foot at a time, to a maximum of 8 ft, and a textured cap rail finishes the top.

Monument and sign walls cast to match the perimeter wall, for community entrances, commercial sites and facility gates. Lettering and logo details are planned with you before production.
